Damon A. Kirin

Attorney and Managing Member, Damon Kirin has lived in New Orleans since 1993 after obtaining a B.S. with distinction from the University of Michigan.   In 1996, he graduated from Tulane Law School cum laude.  Since founding Actual Title in 2005, Mr. Kirin has served as a title examiner and closing attorney for both residential and commercial real estate transactions.   Mr. Kirin also oversaw and managed Actual’s contract to perform title services for the Army Corp of Engineers for some of their levee improvement projects in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.  Today Mr. Kirin works closely with the closing attorneys at Actual to make sure our clients receive the attention and quality work product they deserve.

 

Robert J. Diliberto

Attorney Robert J. Diliberto is a lifelong resident of New Orleans, Mr. Diliberto graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Louisiana State University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law.  Mr. Diliberto has served as a title examiner and closing attorney for both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

 

 

William J. Jung

Attorney William J. Jung, III, joined Actual Title & Abstracting, LLC, as a title agent and attorney in April of 2015. William is a native of New Orleans and attended Brother Martin High School. After high school, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. William then earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2014, where he developed his interest in Louisiana property law. William has experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions and is the primary closing attorney at Actual Title.
